Indonesian employees working with managers from European cultures are exposed to different ways of communicating, working and thinking on a daily basis. Indonesians managers cooperating with foreign executives or being sent to European headquarters are exposed to completely different business settings. To be able to perform successfully it is necessary to develop knowledge, competences and practical skills of cross-cultural cooperation.
This interactive training provides a safe space for the participants to practice international business etiquette. While simulating common business situations they develop skills in discussing, negotiating and presenting in international settings. One aim is to introduce global trends by taking new perspectives of doing business in the 21st century.
